A: Yes! PO’s can be emailed to sales@inclusivetlc.com, faxed to 704-243-3623, or mailed to 2206 Legacy Oak Dr, Waxhaw NC 28173.
A: We offer a 100 day return policy on all of our products. We ask that the product is returned in its original packaging in a resalable condition. We do not refund the shipping charge.
A: All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. Our Pretorian range of products come with a 2 year warranty.
A: We do not offer trials of our hardware. However, we can give you an online video demo on a product you are interested in. As well as offer a 100 day return policy.
